A bit of background….

The creation of GreSIS, a harmonious blend of technology and nature designed to revolutionize your working and human-engaging experience. The making of GreSIS involved three main categories: 1) electrical installation, 2) interior fabrication, and 3) interior and natural decor. The physical groundwork for the GreSIS project commenced on December 21, 2023.

Prior to the making, there were two site visits from Pejabat Pengurusan Pembangunan (PPP) and Pejabat Pengurusan Fasiliti (PPF), UTeM regarding the structural and electrical eligibility of the proposed space for the project. The first visit was from PPP officers, Mr. Anis Md Tahir and Mohd Hisham Ondar on October 9, 2023. Meanwhile, the second visit was from PPF officers, Mr. Luqman Ali, Mr. Nur Muhammad Firdaus, Mr. Khairul Annuar and Mr. Khairulddin on October 26, 2023. The green light to execute the GreSIS project was granted by the Director of PPF on October 31, 2023, and the Director of PPP on November 3, 2023. The events unfolded right after the application of space utilization by the Dean of FTKIP, Professor Ir. Dr. Hambali Arep @ Ariff was addressed to the Director of PPP, Ir. Dr. Mohd Rayme Anang Masuri on September 20, 2023.

In parallel, the approval letter of the Fundamental Research Grant Scheme by the Director of Pusat Pengurusan Penyelidikan dan Inovasi, UTeM was awarded to Assoc. Prof. Dr. Noraiham Mohamad and her team on October 5, 2023.
